My Polish mobile network (Virgin): I don't have to pay anything (literally: anything once I've got the sim card) to get 300mb, 30sms, and 30min for a month. To have basically same thing in Hungary I would have to spend min. 2000forints/month (~30zł), and even then I wouldn't be so sure it'd be enough
